Roberson was taken to an emergency room where testing revealed evidence of liver damage, dehydration and an infection.<\/p>\n<p>Roberson was diagnosed as having a urinary tract infection of the kidney and severe sepsis. Despite undergoing aggressive treatment, she died nine days later. She was survived by her sister, Margaret.<\/p>\n<p>Roberson\u2019s estate sued Meadowbrook Healthcare LLC, alleging negligence and violation of the state\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/codes.ohio.gov\/ohio-revised-code\/section-3721.13\">Nursing Home Residents Bill of Rights<\/a>.
