Raoul<\/a>, Chicago Mayor <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Lori_Lightfoot\">Lori Lightfoot<\/a>, dozens of other prominent members of the Illinois bar and other leaders of the legal community, including former U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder and more than 70 community organizations.<\/p>\n<p>The rule would anchor the reforms implemented in Cook County, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cookcountycourt.org\/Manage\/DivisionOrders\/ViewDivisionOrder\/tabid\/298\/ArticleId\/2562\/GENERAL-ORDER-NO-18-8A-Procedures-for-Bail-Hearings-and-Pretrial-Release.aspx\">General Order 18.8A<\/a>, which was issued by Chief Cook County Circuit Court Judge Timothy C.
