He was working for Michigan and Delaware companies.<\/p>\n<p>The defendants included <a href=\"http:\/\/www.goutsi.com\/\">Universal Am-Can Ltd.,<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.goutsi.com\/\">Universal Truckload Services Inc.<\/a>, Louis Broadwell LLC and the truck driver, David Lee Johnson.
