{"id":1668,"date":"2013-06-28T10:00:20","date_gmt":"2013-06-28T15:00:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/injury.robertkreisman.com\/?p=1668"},"modified":"2013-06-23T08:58:25","modified_gmt":"2013-06-23T13:58:25","slug":"3-million-judgment-for-wrongful-death-in-rear-end-collision-with-postal-truck","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.robertkreisman.com\/injury-lawyer\/3-million-judgment-for-wrongful-death-in-rear-end-collision-with-postal-truck\/","title":{"rendered":"$3 Million Judgment for Wrongful Death in Rear-End Collision with Postal Truck"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><!--[if gte mso 9]&gt;--><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">In November 2008, Chavonne Freeman, 53, was stopped in traffic on westbound 144<sup>th<\/sup> Place at LaGrange Park in Orland Park, Illinois, when her car was rear-ended by a U.S. Postal Service vehicle.<span>\u00a0Freeman\u00a0<\/span>was taken from the scene to the emergency room at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.paloscommunityhospital.org\/\">Palos Community Hospital<\/a>.<span>\u00a0<\/span>She complained of neck and back pain.<span>\u00a0<\/span>She followed up with her primary care physician two days later with complaints of neck, back and knee pain.<span>\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Six weeks after the crash, Dec. 29, 2008, Freeman was seen by an orthopedic surgeon; she complained of knee pain.
