Welch and his medical practice, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.annapolisobgyn.com\/\">Annapolis OB-Gyn Associates P.A.<\/a>, alleging that the defendant physician\u2019s negligence in applying lateral force during the child\u2019s birth led to the development of Erb\u2019s palsy.<\/p>\n<p>The jury returned a verdict in favor of the defendants.
