Medical Malpractice Lawyer

CURRENT PRESS RELEASES

Awarded Martindale-Hubble's highest-rating, Chicago trial lawyer Robert D. Kreisman, noted for his groundbreaking, "Jury Selection: Who Chooses Whom?" as published in Trial Magazine, brings 28 years of rock-solid experience and professionalism to complex cases, cases where the needs of the client, are always - first and foremost of primary importance.

A Chicago Illinois Medical Malpractice Lawyer

In his own words, "It is an honor", to represent those clients whose voices need to be heard, passionately and effectively in a court of law.

As a graduate of the University of Missouri; B.A.,1972 and John Marshall Law School; J.D., with honors in 1976, Kreisman is a tireless champion of his client's rights, needs and wants because...

Just as he successfully acquired an award in excess of $2,000,000 for his client Mr. Byron D. Olson - the Wall Street consultant trapped in conflagration that beset the World Trade Center, during the September 11th terrorist attacks - Kreisman has determinedly stood by every one of his clients until justice is served.

A Passionate Voice For Client Rights

As an ardent lecturer and published author, Robert Kreisman has brought the crucial significance of "The Jury" to the forefront of his peers and  his own practice because...

Unfortunately the careful and studied science of "jury selection" and "jury guidance or management" is something that far too many inexperienced lawyers simply don't appreciate or fully understand but...

Bob has pioneered key critical work in the area of the most singular, most important aspect of any successful suit and...

That is the the crucial essentials of selecting the 'right jury' for the 'right trial' and of course - Kreisman's demonstrated acumen ensures his client's voice is heard and felt - in the minds and hearts of the jury throughout trial.

And Kreisman's exceptional talent in that regard routinely delivers a masterful and successful outcome because...

Robert Kreisman has the passion and the drive to understand that juries must hear the voice of the human soul in court. Robert Kreisman knows that people make decisions about other people - not based upon slight of hand or unnecessary theatrics - Instead the very heart and soul of each and every case must come alive in the minds of the jury and move them to act on behalf of his client's story - with certainty and conviction and...

It's is so very rare that a lawyer understands these crucial things so well.

The Client's Story Is All That Matters

When a 33 year old roofer fell from a scaffold and severely fractured his lower right leg, he was taken to an area hospital and diagnosed with a pilon fracture of the tibia and a comminuted fracture of the fibula.

And although clearly injured, he had no loss of sensation while in the emergency room but...

Following surgery he was diagnosed with an injury to the posterior tibial nerve. Suddenly there was no feeling in his foot

Within days, this 33 year old working man had an infected fracture blister. The infection took hold over the surgically placed metal implants and...

It was just weeks before complete nerve death spread throughout the entire injured foot. Tragically, just as the surgery had been negligent, the infection itself went untreated. Faced with uncontrolled infection that had reached deep into his bones, this 33 year old man required an immediate emergency amputation of his entire lower right leg.

Robert Kreisman ensured that the jury heard this one man's story. Robert Kreisman ensured that the right jury heard the painful truth and made certain that the jury fully understood his client's loss.

And because Robert Kreisman fought tirelessly to have this story heard, his client was awarded $2,812,000.00 because when Bob speaks to a jury, they in turn move to action.

Justice Comes From The Human Heart

Bob is clearly moved when he recalls the story about a young family of four who were killed in a tragic head-on collision near Mountain Home, Idaho.

In an all too avoidable tragedy, a mother and her two young daughters had survived the crash only to be helplessly trapped in the vehicle when the vehicle's fuel tank and fuel line ruptured, resulting in a intensely scorching fuel-fed fire...

"They simply couldn't get the doors open. The rescuer's couldn't get the doors open, no matter how valiant their efforts...No matter how hard they tried..."

The mother and her children were conscious and talking to their heroically frantic rescuers right up until the final seconds that fire overtook them and tragically took their lives - consumed by fire.

Robert Kreisman of Illinois settled that case before trial and for their survivors championed compensation of $3,000,000.00.

A Compassionate Voice Demands Justice Be Served

If you believe you have a case, Mr. Kreisman would be honored to represent you because compassion must have a voice driven by the passion to be heard.
